Last weekend we took a quick trip to Litchfield Beach, which is right by Myrtle Beach. Mark had a conference to attend, and we tagged along. Jake wasn't so sure about the ocean, but he LOVED the sand. While everyone else was in the water, Jake was happy to play and crawl around in the sand. He used shovels and buckets and was covered from head to toe! He had a blast!

I tried keeping him in the shade, but it didn't work. As soon as I would put him under the awning, he'd crawl back into the sun and start playing!
