Although we didn't end up having a rainy day, we built in for one just in case. Sea World in the rain didn't sound very fun with two kids:) I found out that the
Orlando Science Center had a special Curious George exhibit as well as lots of exhibits for preschoolers. It was awesome! We definitely could have spent more time there, and we were very impressed with all the exhibits geared towards little ones. Jake climbed aboard trains, planes, and automobiles, enjoyed music time, created water tunnels in the water area, played with pulleys, golfed, and even "fixed" a car. He also was able to touch an alligator- pretty neat! If you're in the Orlando area, we recommend checking this place out.
A little blurry, but you can see the excitement on Jake's face when he saw Curious George!
Sam was excited, too!
Using pulleys to wash windows with Daddy.
Going down the rocket slide.
Our boys with Curious George.
Flying an airplane
Sam joined Jake on the maracas for music time. I think Sam just wanted them in his mouth:)
The center of the building housed turtles and alligators, and the stairs wrapped around it. The elevator was glass so you could look in as you rode. Jake loved this!
Feeling the texture on different types of shells.
Creating chutes for his boat to do down.
Working on the car.
Fixing the tires.
Touching the baby alligator's tail.
