bananas

Jake has enjoyed bananas for as long as he's been eating solid foods. First, they were cut up into tiny pieces and then larger chunks. Then we would hold the banana, and he would take bites. Well, now he has a new way to eat them. Every morning he asks for a banana (and waffle) for his breakfast, and this is how he eats his banana... all by himself!
