On Saturday Mark had to cover Lander University's home basketball game. Jake, Sam, and I decided to go with him and watch some basketball. We weren't sure if Jake would sit still and watch the game or if he'd just want to run around. Just for good measure, I took in the sit 'n stand stroller so I could keep up with both of the kids if a player got injured and Mark had to go down to the floor. There was an area for wheelchairs that we were able to park the stroller in and have a good view. I backed the stroller up to the rail so Jake could sit in the stroller and have an unobstructed view of the game. It was perfect! I'm not sure if he was more interested in the fast-moving basketball or the dozens of shaking pom-poms held by the dance team and cheerleaders. There were definitely more pom-poms to draw his attention! We had a great time, and Sam napped the entire game:)
Watching the game. He really liked leaning on the rail:)
He was very interested in the Bearcat mascot. He even gave him a high five! When Jake would see him, he'd start growling like a bear.
