and so it begins...

Jake is not even two years old, and the birthday parties have already begun in full earnest! The boys were invited to two parties on Saturday, both friends of ours from church. Brantly turned one, and Sydney turned two. It was lots of fun to see all of the kids running about, and we always have a good time visiting with friends. Jake had a blast, and Sam was actually awake for the first party!

The first party had all kinds of inflatable toys in the front yard, including this bounce house.

Jake loved this tractor. He could push a pedal and make it go and move a handle to lift and dump the loader in front. Pretty cool!

Jake and Kaleb took turns pushing each other in the car. Chris was nice enough to help Kaleb. Jake actually was able to push some kids on his own. You should have seen those legs working!

Jake LOVED the cupcake. There were pink and white; Jake was very disappointed that he didn't get one of each color!
