jake and nana

Last weekend Nana came to visit us one last time before Sam makes his arrival. We had lots of fun playing, going to the playground, and even a Labor Day party! Jake loved climbing up onto Nana's lap and reading lots of books, which made Nana's day! He gave lots of hugs and kisses and was excited to see Nana. Thanks for coming, Nana!
