Saturday afternoon brought lots of sunshine and temperatures in the upper 80s. The pool opened on May 1st, but the water has been a little too chilly for swimming. Since we've has numerous days of really warm weather with it staying in the 60s at night, we thought we'd try to go for a swim. Jake got a little rescue boat for his birthday, and we wanted to see how he liked it. Well, the water felt great! Jake really enjoyed his boat and loved the water. We stayed for two hours and had a great time. I think Jake and I will spend countless hours swimming this summer!

How he spent the rest of his time at the pool- completely covered in UPF 50 swim clothes and hat. This fair-skinned boy doesn't stand a chance against the sun!

I'm glad Jake enjoys the water, I think there is no better way to enjoy being pregnant than to be in the water.
