Today we had our official ultrasound for this pregnancy. We've taken an unofficial look a few times, but didn't get enough looks at the primary area in question to be 100% sure of the gender. Of course, it's amazing just to sit and watch your baby's heart beat and see it move around before it can be felt, but everybody always has the same question. Well, the secret's out and Jake is going to have a little brother! He was willing to give us several good looks to confirm his, um, well, son-hood.
The rest of our views let us see him laid back with his hands crossed behind his head and his feet crossed at his ankles (like Jake does so often). Everything showed that Samuel Moses Puckett is growing right on track toward his due date of October 11!
Here's a look at our new son's face, enjoying his thumb already.
